I ordered from impeccablechicken.shop i was happy at first. The chicken showed up packed decently, it tasted good, and nothing felt off or disappointing in terms of quality. I was like, okay, this is nice, I can work with this.
Then I looked back at what I paid and my mood kind of dipped. For the price, I expected the portions to feel a little more generous, and the delivery fee made it feel less worth it. Not a bad experience at all, but I’d probably only order again if there’s a discount.

I picked this up for lunch earlier this week, the chicken just didn’t taste good to me. It was bland, had a slightly weird flavor, and didn’t seem very fresh. I was hoping it would be better, but after a few bites I didn’t really want to finish it.

The flavor was actually decent, and I wanted to like it, but the chicken itself was way too tough. I cooked it carefully, but it still ended up chewy and dry instead of tender. Every bite felt like more work than it should’ve been. Maybe I just got an unlucky batch, but for the price, I was expecting better quality. Not sure I’d order it again...

To be fair, I can’t say for sure what happened during shipping, but there also wasn’t any clear temperature info in the box to help me feel confident it was still safe. I wasn’t comfortable taking the risk, so I ended up throwing it out. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d order again.

I don’t usually write much about returns, but I figured I would mention this since I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing from Impeccablechicken and was already sort of annoyed at myself before anything even happened.

I sent them an email and expected the usual back-and-forth, but they replied the next day with clear instructions. The return itself was simple, and after they received it, the refund came through a few days later.

So yeah, nothing dramatic here, which is what I appreciated most. No chasing them, no strange excuses, just a normal easy return process. I’d give them 5 stars for that.

I’m still waiting for my order and haven’t gotten any updates at all. At this point, it’s frustrating and it makes me feel like I can’t really trust the delivery process.

The chicken already smelled off when it showed up, and the package was leaking, which annoyed me right away. I still tried cooking one piece just to see, but it tasted old. I don’t have the patience for food arriving like this, so I won’t be ordering it again.

Customer service did get back to me and answered my question, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than I expected, and part of me was sitting there wondering if my ticket got sent to some secret back room for approval first. Not a terrible experience or anything, I just wish they were quicker with updates.

I only meant to try one box, not sign up for a whole ongoing thing. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but it wasn’t no obvious heads-up to me, and before I knew it, more orders were being charged.

Canceling was way more annoying than it should’ve been, and I still got hit with another charge anyway. Support didn’t reply fast, and when they finally did, it wasn’t no real help. I’m not ordering from here again.

I don’t know, the chicken just didn’t seem right to me. The meat tasted kind of old and was really dry, like it had been sitting around for a while. Definitely not something I’d order again

I thought I knew what I was going to pay, but then extra fees popped up right at the end (which was frustrating). It would’ve been nice to see the full price earlier in the checkout process.

Just a warning for anyone ordering this, the packaging was only okay. My box showed up crushed, so if you’re buying this as a gift or expecting it to arrive in perfect condition, be aware.

They kept telling me everything was sorted, but nope, the issue is still there. I tried following up a few times and then support just stopped replying, which is frustrating.
